This one has all the elements for great Burroughs - the wild land of Pellucidar, Burrough's friend Jason Gridley, a well-trained group of Waziri warriors and, of course, Tarzan. Nice to see Tarzan out of Africa; he and Pellucidar were made for each other.
Sort of a wish-list entry in the Pellucidar series, one of my favorite Burroughs book/5(3). Volume 2 of Hal Foster Tarzan Sunday pages is an improvement on volume 1. I was rather critical in my review of volume 1. As noted in the review of the earlier book, based on the 15 or so original full size Sunday newspaper printings of Foster Tarzans I have in my collection, the coloring on the early Tarzan's was not very good, but it was better than the early Tarzan Volume Seven book of that book.
